Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to attend the session, will result in the full fee being charged, with no right to a refund.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Payments are non-refundable but may be credited towards a new date, provided the cancellation is made within the indicated timeframe.
This policy is in line with current Irish legislation, which provides exceptions to the right of refund for services linked to specific dates and times (Consumer Rights Act 2022).
